Sue Olson is a well-known, widely respected and successful Realtor. She has been an inspirational force in the Sacramento real estate market for over 38 years.  Residing in Land Park for most of her life, she has intimate knowledge of the established areas of Sacramento.  She is proud of the fact that she has had the opportunity to assist hundreds of buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals throughout the Sacramento area. Sue also has given back to the industry and to the community having served for years on numerous committees of the Sacramento Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors.  In addition, she has served on the Stanford Home for Children Board of Directors and currently sits as a Board Member for the Sacramento Theater Company.  She is also a member of the Mercy Hospital Guild and the Sacramento Childrens Home support group, Casa De Los Ninos.

Sue has been married for 49 years to her husband, Ted, who is also part of her team. She has four grown children, Tami, Teresa, Teddy and Tim. Her daughter Teresa acts as a Listing and Buyer's agent.  She is blessed with seven grandchildren.  Sue enjoys time with family and friends, cooking and traveling. Being of Italian descent, Italy is her favorite destination. In particular, the unspoiled and beautiful region of Abruzzo where on impulse in 2007, she and her husband purchased a 400- year-old fixer upper. Sue has donated a hosted stay at the property numerous times as a fundraising auction item for local charities and a local school.
