This area is bordered by Fruitridge Rd. to the north, Florin Rd. to the south, Freeport Blvd to the east and Interstate 5 to the west.  The homes in this area are classic ranch style homes.  There are also some contemporary style “Eichler” homes sprinkled throughout the neighborhood.  Homes in the area were built primarily in the 1960's and 1970's.
