This area is rich in Sacramento history.  It encompasses a variety of neighborhoods including Elmhurst, the fabulous 40's and River Park.  It is bordered by B Street and Elvas Avenue to the north, V Street and  Stockton Blvd to the south, the American River to the east and Business 80 to the west.  The homes are varied in style and design and range from 1920's bungalows to modest post war properties to beautiful tudors and colonials in the Fabulous 40's. There is also a new development in the works to the north called McKinley Village.
