The Terrace is bordered by Land Park to the north, Fruitridge Rd. to the south,  Del Rio Rd. to the east and Interstate 5 to the west.  The  homes in this area are primarily ranch style homes, some on expansive lots.  Some of the homes in the Terrace are located on small rolling hills which places them out of the flood plain.  Homes in the area were built primarily in the 1950's and 1960's.
