Curtis Park is characterized by tree canopied streets and artsy craftsman, bungalow and Tudor style homes. Curtis Park is an established neighborhood bordered by , 2^nd Avenue to the north, Sutterville Rd. to the south, Highway 99 to the east and Freeport Blvd to the west.  Homes in the area were built primarily in the 1920's and 1930's.
