Land Park is located just south of Downtown Sacramento. Sprouting south from the historic Tower Theater and continuing on to William Land Park. The area is known for its tree-lined streets and homes filled with charm and character. Land Park is an established neighborhood of Sacramento, rich in history and culture. Homes in the area were built primarily in the 1930's and 1940's.
