This area is bordered by 22^nd Avenue to the north, Fruitridge Rd. to the south, 24^th Street to the east and Freeport Blvd to the west..  The neighborhood features tree lined streets.  The homes in the area are unpretentious  and typically have two or three bedrooms. Homes in the area were built primarily in the 1950's.
